1. Compliance. This document outlines the terms and conditions under which Citation Papers offers access to our services on this web site.  By using the the Citation Papers website, it is understood that you have expressly agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below.


2. Amendments.   Citation Papers may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. Except as stated below, all amended terms shall automatically be effective immediately after they are initially posted on our site. This agreement may not be otherwise amended except in a writing signed by you and Citation Papers


3. Definitions.  "User" shall be defined as any retailer or distributor wishing to place one or more orders of Citation Papers products; a consumer looking for more information on Citation Papers products and creative uses; or an individual or company not affiliated with Citation Papers or this web site and that is using this website for other purposes..
   "Citation Papers" shall be defined as the Federal Corporation known as Citation Papers and shall include its heirs, assigns, officers, directors, shareholders and employees.


4. User Eligibility.   Citation Papers products are only available to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors.


5. User's Warranties and Acknowledgments. 
   1. Any user who places an order expressly warrants that they are an authorized purchasing agent on behalf of the company for whom the order is to be shipped;
   2. In conjunction with step A, users understand that Internet Protocol addresses (IP addresses) will be logged with each order and used solely in the event of a dispute to determine which computer the order originated from.
   3. User agrees to accept full financial responsibility for the receipt and full payment of any orders placed through this website, unless an error has occurred in the ordering process that is determined to be the responsibility of Citation Papers.

Liability for Loss, Damage or Delay.  Shipments should be inspected for evidence of damage or shortage before signing the carrier’s receipt. The carrier is responsible for shortages or damage occurring in transit. Therefore any claims for shortages or damage should be made without delay - to the carrier. If damage is revealed only after a shipment is opened, the carrier should be requested to inspect the damage so a claim can be entered with the carrier.

Guarantee: Citation always recommends testing of materials to determine best compatibility. Citation will not be liable for any consequential damage, loss or expense arising from the use of its products. Citation reserves the right to change specifications or substitute new materials in the manufacturing of products.

Termination.   The user expressly acknowledges the right of Citation Papers to terminate the user's right to use its services for any breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or for any other reason and that a decision to terminate the user's right of access to the Citation Papers website shall be in the sole discretion of Citation Papers.

6. Civil and/or criminal prosecution.  In conjunction with 7), civil or criminal prosecution may be effected at the sole discretion of Citation Papers, in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the country of Canada.


7. Free advice, Recommendations, and Creative Uses.  It is understood that any services and advise rendered for free on this site, including but not limited to those listed above, are provided on an “as is” basis and Citation Papers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to persons, objects, or property as a result of interpretation and implementation of said advice.


8. Mediation of claims and disputes.  Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to the products services provided by Citation Papers or relating to the terms of this agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration. Any such controversy, claim or dispute shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any controversy, claim or dispute of any other party.  


9. Severability.  If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be removed or edited in such a way as to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. 


10. Refund Policy.  Citation does not issue credit for the unauthorized return of merchandise, for merchandise not of current manufacture or design, or for merchandise not received in saleable condition. To obtain authorization for return, notify Citation in writing, explaining the reason for the return. Provide an itemized list of the products together with the invoice under which they were shipped, and await our instructions. All returns are subject to a handling charge of 15% of invoice total (minimum charge is $15.00) unless Citation error is involved. Credited amounts will be computed at the original prices involved. All authorized returns must be sent freight prepaid. We will not authorize any return after three months from date of invoice.


11. Privacy Policy.  For the purposes of making the Citation Papers website more convenient for our users, we store information provided to our customers in a password-secured database, which is not stored on the Citation Papers website server.  Only Citation Papers-authorized individuals have access to this information, and this information is not given out to third parties for any reason whatsoever.

The Citation Papers website shopping cart also makes use of a technology called “cookies”.  Cookies are small pieces of information transferred from a website to a user’s computer designed to store data for future retrieval.  The Citation Papers cookies are limited to Citation-Papers-assigned identification numbers relating to the customer and any order that the customer is placing at a given time, and do not contain any personally identifiable information whatsoever.

12. Entire Agreement.  This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof except that any Citation Papers policy, direction, or instruction contained on this website or in email communications to a user shall constitute a "writing" and be incorporated by reference into this agreement. Said "writings" shall include but not be limited to the Privacy Policy contained on our website.

By using this website, you agree to the following:

1. you have read, understand and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this agreement and the documents it incorporates by reference if any;
2. you intend to form a legally binding contract with Citation Papers, and;
3. a print out of the Agreement and the documents it incorporates by reference will constitute "a writing" under any applicable law or regulation.
